Here you will find answers to the most common questions our users have had! If you do not see an answer to your particular question below, feel free to contact us.

What is the fee to take the Louisiana Responsible Vendor server's permit course?

The fee is $25, payable with either a debit or credit card when you register for the course. This includes the course, review, and two exam attempts. Should you fail the exam twice, you will have to pay another $25 to regain access (with another two exam attempts), as required by the ATC.

I am having trouble with my security questions, what do I do now?

If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, call us or send us a message via the contact page (you will generally receive a swifter response via e-mail). If you choose to place a call, please leave a message if we do not pick up, your information will be forwarded to Technical Support. Technical Support can look up your answers to confirm if you are answering them correctly and take steps to help you if there is any inconsistency.

I've passed the exam but here is an error in my temporary permit's information.

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If this information goes uncorrected, it will be submitted to the ATC with the errors and your official records will not be accurate. Technical Support will be able to correct the information on your temporary, make sure the ATC records are correct, and email you a new corrected copy of your temporary permit.

Where do I download my official copy of my Responsible Vendor Server's Permit?

Your official permit will be made available to download and print via the ATC website generally within 7-10 days of passing the course exam, barring any delays. The ATC no longer mails physical permits. You can check for your permit by clicking the link below:

I am having trouble finding my temporary permit, or my official permit, since passing the course. What can I do?

No problem! If you contact us, Technical Support can pull your records and email you another copy of your temporary permit if you have trouble navigating the site. If your official permit should be ready and you're having trouble with the ATC's database, we can check for you and email you your permit if it is available as well!
